Según la sentencia, que puede ser recurrida ante la Sala de lo Civil y Penal del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Navarra, el encausado, actualmente de 45 años, deberá indemnizar a su hija con 50.000 euros y a sus hijastras con 35.000 y 50.000 €.
